Christmas is a time of magic, a time of wonder, especially for little ones and I couldn't be happier to have picked Fota Island Resort this Christmas. Like years before it, in wonderlands called things like Believe, Wish, Imagine and Discover, the world of Fota Island is transformed into a winter paradise, complete with elves, Christmas markets and of course a visit to the big man himself.

The whole family went to Fota Island Resort for the Beyond Christmas Winter Wonderland to meet Santa last Friday evening. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by singing and dancing elves jumping up and down. Santa was such a lovely man, very caring and friendly. The transporter to the North Pole was absolutely brilliant. And the snow cones and hot chocolate once you got to the North Pole was a lovely touch. All the elves and staff were brilliant and the experience was great. They did a fantastic job. Well worth the money spent.

It was the trip of a lifetime and from the moment I picked up the phone to make my initial enquiries, every single person involved in the holiday, without exception, was professional, courteous and went out of their way to help. I cannot overemphasise the amazing customer service we experienced, it was very, very impressive. We even got a surprise birthday cake for my son in the hotel restaurant. The staff onsite, in particular the elves and our guides were exceptional!
